Production

Books are typically printed and finished within 2–4 working days of your order being confirmed. Layflat books can take a little longer because of the way they are bound.

Delivery estimates

• UK: usually 2–4 working days after despatch.
• Europe: usually 3–7 working days after despatch.
• Rest of world: usually 5–12 working days after despatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks and busy periods such as December can add time.

Where we print from

We print from multiple production sites, including sites in the UK, the EU and the US, and we route your order to the most suitable one. Layflat books ship worldwide, but if you are ordering from a country far from a production site, delivery may take longer and cost more.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your destination and the size of your book, and is shown before you confirm your order.

Customs and import charges

For deliveries outside the origin country, local duties or import taxes may apply. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are payable by you to the carrier or customs authority.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully — we cannot change it once a book is in production. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.

Late or missing parcels

If your book has not arrived within 10 working days of the estimate, email hello@photobook.photo with your order number and we will chase the carrier and, where needed, reprint it.
